What comes in the base bowl?

Every bowl starts with purple sticky rice, chickpeas, living lettuces, sunflower sprouts, fresh herbs, and fermented pickles. Then you choose your proteins and add ons.
Do you have gluten-free and dairy-free options?

Are your ingredients sustainable?
YES! Sustainability is very important to us. We only serve responsibly sourced seafood and work with a variety of quality local produce and meat suppliers who share our values.
We cook with virgin coconut oil, unrefined sesame seed oil, avocado oil, beef tallow and in place of refined seed oils we use super clean micro algae oil wich also delivers a healthy dose of OMEGA-3s which support heart health, reduce inflammation and promote brain function.
