What comes in the base bowl?

Every bowl starts with purple sticky rice, chickpeas, living lettuces, sunflower sprouts, fresh herbs, and fermented pickles. Then you choose your proteins and add ons.
Do you have gluten-free options?

Are your ingredients sustainable?
Sustainability is important to us. We prioritize responsibly sourced seafood and work with quality suppliers who share our values.
We cook with virgin coconut oil, unrefined sesame seed oil. beef tallow and in place of refined seed oils we use super clean micro algae oil wich also delivers a healthy dose of OMEGA-3s.
